General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all restaurant services, reservations, group bookings, and event requests at Vanilla Beach Ibiza, operated by:

Reservation requests can be made by phone, e-mail, or other available contact channels. A reservation is only binding once confirmed by Vanilla Beach Ibiza.

There is no guaranteed right to a specific table or seating area unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Please arrive on time for your reservation. If guests do not arrive within 15 minutes of the reserved time, Vanilla Beach Ibiza reserves the right to release the table and allocate it to other guests.

Special terms apply to groups of 10 or more persons, private events, corporate bookings, and exclusive reservations.

For such bookings, the following conditions apply:

• A deposit of 30% of the estimated total is required to confirm the booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance to avoid the no-show fee.
• In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the deposit will be retained as a no-show fee.

The applicable prices are those displayed on site, in menus, or in individual offers. All prices are in EUR and include applicable Spanish indirect taxes (IVA), unless stated otherwise.

For service provided directly on the beach, an additional service fee of 15% will be charged.

Payment is due immediately after service delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major payment methods with the exception of American Express.

Individual reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled subject to availability. For individual reservations, no cancellation fee applies provided sufficient notice is given.

For group bookings and events (10 or more persons), the cancellation and no-show conditions set out in Section 4 apply.

Information on allergens and ingredients can be requested from our team at any time. Despite our best efforts, complete separation of specific substances during kitchen operations cannot always be guaranteed. Guests with severe allergies or intolerances are advised to inform staff prior to ordering.

Bringing outside food or beverages onto the premises is strictly prohibited without prior explicit approval from Vanilla Beach Ibiza.

Any exceptions, such as special occasion cakes or dietary-specific items, must be arranged and agreed upon in advance with the management.

Vanilla Beach Ibiza is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical contractual damages. Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected by the above limitations.

Mandatory consumer protection rules under Spanish and European law apply to all transactions. These Terms and Conditions do not limit any statutory rights to which guests are entitled under applicable law.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
